Our Chardonnay expresses harmonious lemony and slightly buttered aromas of caramelized pear, white flowers and almond croissants.
Ample and mineral on the mid-palate, it has flavors of pear and toasted bread as well as a subtle vanilla note. Its pleasant roundness comes from the finesse between rich flavors and balanced acidity. The finish is long and elegant.
Serve it with grilled scallops and vanilla sauce, poultry with chanterelles or morels, a filet of salmon and herbal pesto, as well as Quebec cheeses.
