CHARDONNAY RESERVE 2024

“The Chardonnay Réserve of Vignoble CAMY is the estate’s emblematic wine, the perfection of the perfectionist. The impression of walking on the banks of the Saint-Laurent with its aromas of sea breezes, shellfish and even chalk. Then, the fruit appears, pearly white and imbued with purity, flesh of tangy green apple, white cranberry, carnations... A mouth dominated by freshness with a touch of roundness brought by the precise work of the fine lees. A pure and shining wine! I imagine it with saline oysters or a seared walleye with salted butter.”

- Pier-Alexis Soulière, Master Sommelier

“It is a wine that is of great class, beautiful purity, with a beautiful balance, with a Burgundian profile. In the mouth, the freshness of the Quebec terroir gives it a unique dimension”

- Mikaël Larrivé, Granite restaurant, Paris France

PINOT GRIS 2025

« The surprise, the whim; the Pinot Gris impresses with its nose of orchard fruits. Sometimes pear, sometimes peach, then small yellow and ripe plums. The palate is smooth and textured with a finish reminiscent of puff pastry. A wine that displays concentration and dimension. To be explored accompanied by roast poultry, candied garlic and sautéed chanterelles.  »

PINOT GRIS DE MACÉRATION 2025

« Amber version of Pinot Gris with its wild personality. Cooked apples, candied peaches, the aromatic framework is transformed by the contact of juices and skins. Added to this is a family of dried/roasted aromas, dead leaves, dried apricots and beeswax. At the risk of repeating myself, it is wild, peppery and full of flavor. A happy marriage with a gratin of butternut squash, old parmesan and hazelnuts. »

PINOT NOIR RESERVE 2024

« A little bomb of red fruits, wild raspberries, sour cherries, wild strawberries… Added to this are scents of undergrowth, the boreal aspect, bark and taiga. The texture in the mouth is similar to satin, captivating for the palate. Frivolous and delicious, light and harmonious. Ideal partner for the veal escalope marinated in camphorated sage. »

CHARDONNAY HIATELLA 2025

The Hiatella cuvée is a tribute to the fossilized shells of Hiatella Artica, a marine bivalve mollusk dating from the time of the Champlain Sea, which abound in the subsoil of our vineyard. It is from this exceptional limestone terroir that this special cuvée, made from our best barrels, draws its purity, finesse and gentle minerality.

CIDRES VIGNERONS 2024

Cidre Vigneron Pommes sauvages, Pinot Gris et Pinot Noir

Our Cidre Vigneron is a delightful blend of apples from the wild apple trees that have grown naturally around our vineyards for decades and the pomace of our grapes. The apples are first made into cider, to which fresh grape pomace is added for a maceration of a few days after fermentation.

This marriage of wild apple and grape brings a greater aromatic complexity to the Winemaker's Cider, gives it a longer finish, and enhances its color. The result is utterly charming: the freshness and complexity of the wild apples combined with the richness and length of the grape. It's a perfect match!
